We made the cookies today! They were delicious!! Although my daughter thought they should still have chocolate chips - plus the lemon zest and nutmeg :) we can give it a try :) They came a little flat out of the oven - are they supposed to be? Or should they be more puffy? Thank you for sharing!

Zachary, I'm so sorry I missed this! Thanks for trying it out! Mine were super rounded and didn't spread at all. Curious! I'll have to experiment a bit and report back... You could try slightly less sugar / fat or slightly more flour?

Interesting! Clearly an error on my part perhaps! I will make another batch and we will see - maybe yes a little more flour / less sugar might do the trick! Keep me posted :)
