Dear readers,
Next Tuesday at 1 p.m. (EST), I’ll be interviewing Gabe Brown (a renowned proponent of regenerative agriculture, farmer, and author of Dirt to Soil). I first learned about Gabe Brown’s work while reading Stephanie Anderson’s excellent book One Size Fits None, and have greatly benefited from his careful synthesis of scientific study and agricultural practice.
During the Zoom webinar, Mr. Brown and I will converse for about 30 minutes. After that, you’ll have time to ask questions of your own. Please be thinking about those questions, grab a lunch or cup of coffee on Tuesday, and join us!
I have to say, too, what an honor it’s been to get to host these “Green Philosophy” interviews with the Scruton Legacy Foundation. I do not have words for the joy and privilege I have felt while interviewing Mary Berry, James Rebanks, and Dr. Norman Wirzba. Each conversation has been so rich, thanks to the profound thoughtfulness and care of these interviewees.
After the interview with Gabe Brown, I have another interview coming up with Lady Scruton, Sir Roger Scruton’s widow and the dedicated mind behind Horsell Farm Enterprises, on Tuesday, March 19 at 11:30 AM (EST). I hope you’ll join us for that conversation, too.
